Cowboys TE Jason Witten returned to practice on Saturday for the first time since suffering a lacerated spleen on August 13th. Insider Todd Archer confirms that Witten was limited, being held out of full-squad work. He still hasn't been cleared for contact. Witten remains questionable for Wednesday's season-opener. We're not expecting him to play.
